Jay Jay McCullough
Why be excited: He's the jumbo version of the versatile playmaker that made Chad Morris target players like Germone Hopper and Zac Brooks for this year's recruiting class. He played running back, tight end and wide receiver during his high school career. In a different offense, McCullough might be a bit of a misfit; but he's just the "hybrid" that Morris is looking for - Dwayne Allen, Chad Diehl and Jamie Harper all rolled up into one dangerous and dynamic package.
You may not know: After an impressive display at the Shrine Bowl, McCullough received Rivals.com's "In Three Years Could Shock" award.
How he fits into the depth chart: McCullough will present Morris with options, but a good place to start might well be in the fullback role vacated by Chad Diehl.
