Why be excited: An undersized receiver who played both ways at South Carolina power Dorman, he projects as a possession receiver in college, much like alum Tyler Grisham, now with the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers. He will work as a slot/inside receiver at Clemson.
You may not know: Humphries is one of Dorman's best all-around athletes and a two-year starter at point guard on the basketball team. He can dunk with both hands.
How he fits into the depth chart: With a number of bigger, more highly-regarded receivers in front of him, he looks ticketed for a redshirt year at first glance, but could surprise.
High School: Dorman (South Carolina)
Weight: 175 lbs.
24 tackles, three interceptions through 10 games in senior season (Dorman went on to state title)
