Dan Radakovich, Clemson University director of athletics, announced Monday that Audra Smith has been chosen as head coach of the women's basketball program. Smith, a 1992 Virginia graduate, has spent the last nine seasons as head coach at UAB.

The Clemson men's basketball team hosted Florida State in their 2012-13 ACC opener at Littlejohn Coliseum on Saturday, Jan. 5th. The Seminoles held off the Tigers for a 71-66 win.
