Upcoming NFL draft will include 14 ACC underclassmen

Florida State leads the way with four, followed by Clemson with three, Louisville and UNC with two each

A total of 14 ACC underclassmen will be available to NFL teams during the upcoming draft.

The group is led by four from Florida State, three from Clemson, and two each from Louisville and North Carolina.

The defending national champion Seminoles will lose wide receiver Kelvin Banjamin, running backs Devonta Freeman and James Wilder, and defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan.

Sammy Watkins, Martavis Bryant and Bashaud Breeland are headed to the NFL from Clemson; Louisville is losing quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and defensive back Calvin Pryor; and UNC will lose offensive center Russell Bodine and tight end Eric Ebron.

Other underclassmen headed to the NFL include NC State defensive tackle Carlos Gray, Boston College defensive back Albert Louis-Jean, and Syracuse running back Jerome Smith.
