As he puts the finishing touches on his high school basketball career, March has been a very good month for Gabe DeVoe.

The Clemson-bound all-state guard from Shelby, N.C. put on a show at the A.S.S.I.S.T. National All-Star Game at Richmond, Va., on Saturday when he posted a triple-double while earning MVP honors.

DeVoe, who led the state of North Carolina in scoring as a senior, poured in 28 points and had 10 rebounds and 10 assists in the game.

It was the second stellar post-season performance for DeVoe, who'll join 6-7 wing Donte Grantham in Brad Brownell's 2014 recruiting class.

In the Carolinas All-Star Classic at Myrtle Beach, S.C. earlier this month, DeVoe had 18 points, six rebounds, four steals and two assists while leading North Carolina to a 102-90 victory over South Carolina.

In between, he was named a Parade All-American.

The A.S.S.I.S.T. boys all-star game featured six players who have signed with Division 1 college programs, including Robert Johnson (Indiana), Jonathan Williams (VCU), Therence Mayimba (George Mason) and Obi Enechionya (Temple).

The girls' game featured 10 Division 1 signees.
