Kyle Parker made his first Major League start Wednesday night.

He's still looking for his first Major League hit.

The former Clemson baseball and football star went 0-for-3 in the Colorado Rockies' 8-0 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers.

But for the record, he had plenty of company, as Los Angeles' Clayton Kershaw tossed a no-hitter at the Rockies and struck out a career-high 15.

Parker, who started at first base, struck out twice. He played error-free defense and was part of two double plays.
