Defending national champion Florida State and defending ACC Coastal Division champ Duke lead the conference's list of players who have so far been nominated for 2014 national awards.

A dozen Seminoles grabbed spots on various preseason 'watch lists,' which also included eight Blue Devils.

Miami and Louisville were next with five players each, while Clemson had four, Virginia Tech and NC State three each, and North Carolina two. Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Boston College and Virginia each had one.

Numerous players were nominated for multiple awards, including the Clemson trio of Grady Jarrett, Vic Beasley and Stephone Anthony, who were named to watch lists for both the Bednarik and Nagurski awards. Jarrett is also an Outland Trophy nominee.
