Coming off a career-high 52-point performance in Shelby (N.C.) High's 94-56 rout of Statesville, the Clemson-bound guard will be in the crowd tonight at Littlejohn Coliseum for the Tigers' home game against Florida State.

DeVoe, who is averaging 34 points per game for 12-1 Shelby, hit 11 three-pointers against Statesville, and also had nine rebounds, two steals and two blocks.

DeVoe, who signed with Clemson in November, has just been nominated as a McDonald's All-America candidate.

He is one of 1,000 nominees nationally for the McDonald's All-America Game, which will played April 2 in Chicago. For the season, DeVoe is averaging nearly 10 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 3.1 steals and 2.4 blocks per game.

Clemson's other November signee, wing forward Donte Grantham of Martinsville, West Virginia, is currently on of the top scorers for Hargrave Military's post-graduate team. He scored 42 points in a recent, and hit 11 of 12 shots from behind the three-point arc.

Congrats to the kid for kicking the dog poo out of Statesville and for being 1 of a 1000 kids to be nominated to be a McDonalds all-american.

Congrats to Clemson for beating out his other offers from the basketball powerhouses of Marshall, Richmond, Tennessee Tech, UNC Charlotte, and Xavier in order to get him.
