The ACC's full slate of non-conference games - including one between NC State and UNC planned for Durham Bulls Athletic Park - took a beating from the weather on Tuesday.

The single game between the Tar Heels and Wolfpack, which had been scheduled after the ACC's rotating schedule left the rivals unmatched this season, gave way to a string of thunderstorms and strong wind that moved through the triangle late Tuesday afternoon.

The game has not yet been rescheduled.

Also falling victim to bad weather Pittsburgh and Youngstown, Virginia Tech and Tennessee, Virginia and Radford, Duke and Davidson, and Notre Dame and Michigan State.

Three games were played, including Clemson's 9-6 home field victory over Coastal Carolina.

Florida State defeated Jacksonville 6-1, while Georgia Tech was a 4-1 winner over Georgia.

Wednesday's schedule includes Pitt at Kent State, Navy at Maryland, Toledo at Notre Dame, Elon at UNC, NC Central at Duke, Florida Atlantic at Miami, and Appalachian State at Wake Forest.

Weekend ACC series include Clemson at Pitt, UNC at Virginia, Duke at Virginia Tech, FSU at Wake Forest, Georgia Tech at Maryland, and Notre Dame at Miami.
