Clemson moves up in Coaches, stays at No. 3 in AP

Taking the weekend off, Clemson actually moved up to No. 4 in the Coaches Poll, which factors in the BCS formula, while maintaining its third-best ranking from the AP.

The Tigers (2-0) jumped Stanford (2-0) in the poll, which had some struggles in a 34-20 win at Army on Saturday. While ahead of Ohio State (3-0) in the AP, they sit quite a few points behind them according to the coaches.

In both rankings, Florida State (2-0) moved to No. 8, while South Carolina (2-1) moved to No. 12 in the AP and No. 13 in the Coaches. Texas A&M (2-1) dropped to No. 10 and No. 9 respectively.

Miami rounds out the ACC reps in the top-25 in 16th (AP) and 17th (Coaches).

The Coaches top-10: Alabama, Oregon, Ohio State, Clemson, Stanford, Louisville, LSU, Florida State, Texas A&M and Georgia.
