Jaron Brown left the Arizona Cardinals with no room for doubt.
The former Clemson standout made the Cardinals' 53-man roster as an undrafted free agent after a stellar preseason that included touchdown receptions in two of the team's four exhibition games.
Brown put an exclamation mark on his preseason last Thursday when he hauled in a 55-yard touchdown pass from third-team quarterback Ryan Lindley, as he beat a Denver defensive back for the tying score as the Cardinals rallied for a 32-24 victory.
Brown is listed as a second-team receiver on the Arizona depth chart, behind Larry Fitzgerald.
Running back Andre Ellington, the Cardinals' sixth-round draft pick, also made the final roster. He is one of five running backs on the Arizona depth chart.
Also getting good news on Saturday was former Tiger defensive end Phillip Merling, who made the Washington Redskins' roster as a backup to Jarvis Jenkins.

The Oakland Raiders signed offensive guard Antoine McClain off waivers from the Baltimore Ravens.
Signing practice squad contracts after being cut by their teams were center Dalton Freeman by the New York Jets and linebacker Jonathan 'Tig' Willard by the Tennessee Titans. Also signed to a practice squad contract was center Thomas Austin, by the Indianapolis Colts.
Freeman, an undrafted free agent, had impressed Jets' coach Rex Ryan early in camp before suffering a high ankle sprain that forced him to miss most of the preseason schedule. Making the Jets' 53-man roster was Ricky Sapp, who's listed on the depth chart as a third-team outside linebacker.
