Clemson has scheduled a press conference today at 2:30 in the West End Zone, where quarterback Tajh Boyd will announce his decision to either stay at Clemson for his senior year or declare for the NFL draft.
Boyd, who in two seasons as a starter has rewritten Clemson's passing and total offense records, earned first-team All-America honors this season from the American Football Writers Association.
If he returns to Clemson as a senior, Boyd is considered to be among the early frontrunners for the 2013 Heisman Trophy.

Aim for the Heisman, not a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick that will enable him to sit on a nfl bench. He'll do better next year at Clemson, and will be a first rd pick. Hope he will be patient, and wait 1 more year. It will pay off in the long run

He's not a 1st round pick this year or next. No team is drafting an undersized QB in the 1st round unless he's Michael Vick. Another year in school won't make him taller. This year's QB class is awful so this is a good year to go. Coming back for a shot at the Heisman trophy is stupid. The ACC only has 2 Heisman trophy winners ever and they're both from FSU. It's not going to happen.

Tajh is a good player for the ACC conference but hes not on the level of winning Heisman. theres too many great players in the SEC thats more deserving of that TROPHY

Yabadoodoo, why are you posting, chicken head? Who gives a rat what you think. Go post on Chickolina's articles, you are obviously uneducated and not an expert on quaterbacks, the NFL draft, etc.

Ptown? Would that happen to be Portsmouth? And I agree with you man. Yaba-whatever the heck it is needs to go. Yeah he may not be a fist round guy but he gives us the BEST chance at something much bigger next year!
