Clemson's Sammy Watkins flew to Lake Buena Vista, Fla. on Wednesday to be on hand tonight when the 2013 Biletnikoff Award is presented to one of three finalists as the nation's wide receiver.

Bleacher Report has tagged Watkins as the favorite to claim the award over Texas A&M's Mike Evans and Oregon State's Brandin Cooks.

The Biletnikoff Award will be presented as part of the 23rd Home Depot College Football Awards show on ESPN. The broadcast is set for Thursday at 7 p.m.

Watkins, a junior who is expected to declare for the NFL draft following the Orange Bowl, has 85 receptions for 1,237 and 10 touchdowns this season, and has already broken several of DeAndre Hopkins' year-old Clemson records.

Other player awards to be presented tonight include:

Lou Groza Award, top placekicker; Finalists: Florida State's Roberto Aguayo, Texas' Anthony Fera, South Florida's Marvin Kloss; BR's pick: Aguayo

Ray Guy Award, top punter; Finalists: Memphis' Tom Hornsey, Texas A&M's Drew Kaser, Purdue's Cody Webster; BR's pick: Kaser.

Maxwell Award, national player of the year; Finalists: Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel, Alabama's A.J. McCarron, Florida State's Jameis Winston; BR's pick: Winston

Davey O’Brien Award, top quarterback; Finalists: FSU's Jameis Winston, Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel, Alabama's A.J. McCarron; BR's pick: Winston

Outland Trophy, top lineman; Pittsburgh's Aaron Donald, Texas A&M's Jake Matthews, Baylor's Cyril Richardson; BR's pick: Matthews.

Jim Thorpe Award, top defensive back; Finalists: Michigan State's Darqueze Dennard, Oklahoma State's Justin Gilbert, Florida State's Lamarcus Joyner; BR's pick: Dennard.

Doak Walker Award, top running back; Finalists: Arizona's Ka'Deem Carey, Washington's Bishop Sankey, Boston College's Andre Williams; BR's pick: Williams.
