Clemson is ranked 14th in the latest USA Today Coaches' Poll and 15th in the AP Top 25.
Notre Dame retained the No. 1 spot in the coaches' poll, followed by Alabama and Georgia, who'll play next week for the SEC title and a shot at the Irish for the national championship.
Oregon is ranked fourth, followed by Florida, LSU, Kansas State, Texas A&M, Stanford and South Carolina.
Oklahoma heads the second 10, followed by Florida State, Nebraska, Clemson, Boise State, UCLA, Oregon State, Northern Illinois, Kent State, and Northwestern. Texas is ranked 21st, followed by Utah State, Louisville, Michigan and Rutgers.
Clemson is ranked 22nd in the Sagarin computer ratings.
