Most people probably disagree, but I think an RS is the best situation. Only unless the others prove in the next few games they cannot continue improving (especially the secondary???), holding Alexander out until the next season when you can get him fully back to top condition is the best choice. Seems risky to bypass an RS and test whether after all this time and the surgery he can come back to 100%.
