If he has no priors or a record of any kind, he should only be fined and sent on his way. Under no circumstances should he receive any jail time. When there are REAL bad guys out there who shouldn't have guns because they are a danger to society, DaQuan should be instructed to be more careful with his personal items and to go do what he is so good at....sacking QBs and stuffing runners.
