Frank Howard would have them guys running hills and practicing today and carrying 5 gallon buckets filled with water around the stadium, that stuff about touching his rock is for real and means something, think about that, tell them boys about big thursdays sometime and what is in the 4 corners of death valley. Hope IPTAY makes a comeback and you guys can get some of their support and leadership again because the acc and you guys need it.
